Importing a Class

You can import an already existing subclass into Interface Builder. This could be a subclass you created in a code editor or a subclass you previously created for another project.

To import a class, follow the steps in each of these sections, in order:

  • Writing a Class (Optional)
  • Adding a Class
  • Creating an Instance
  • Connecting the Actions and Outlets
